The recommended and most popular eating habits at CFWC are based on the paleo or primal diet. This diet focuses on consuming natural food. Natural food is food that has not been processed in anyway. The main focus is meat, fish, fruit, vegtables, nuts, berries and seeds. We strive to eat locally grown, organic crops as well as grass fed and free range cattle and poultry. By following these guidlines, we end up eating in the same fashion as our paleolithic ancestors.
