started1The recommended and most popular eating habits at CFWC are based on the paleo or primal diet.    This diet focuses on consuming natural food.  Natural food is food that has not been processed in anyway.   The main focus is meat, fish, fruit, vegtables, nuts, berries and seeds.   We strive to eat locally grown, organic crops as well as grass fed and free range cattle and poultry.    By following these guidlines, we end up eating in the same fashion as our paleolithic ancestors.

This site and gym are run by fitness trainers and

nutrtion enthusiasts.  We are not cerftied dieticians.  The information contained here is what we recommend for ourselves and our clients.  We believe in the information that is posted as well as  the sites, books and other resources we list.   We have seen great results in our own performance, health, and body composition by following the dietary habits contained here.  We have also seen the same results in our friends, families, and clients.
